本場論壇聚焦於亞裔美國女性的種族、性別與經濟正義，包含探討美國的照護經濟與生育自主權等議題。從上述議題出發，將會強調以亞裔美國女性為主體的法律經驗，並作為未來女性主義法學研究的重要課題。
This talk will focus on bolstering racial, gender, and economic justice for Asian American women, including impacts of the care economy and reproductive autonomy in the U.S. The talk will seek to highlight areas deserving of future examination concerning Asian American women's legal status.
